Due to the limited-release and made-to-order nature of our merchandise, all sales are generally final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and estimated fulfillment timelines carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters production. Once production has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted, except where required by law.

Production Delays & Unfulfilled Orders

If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be offered a refund. If a substantial delay occurs beyond the communicated fulfillment estimate, we will provide an updated timeline and applicable cancellation or refund options.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
